Stop finding out your precedents were wrong after you've already sent the document

The problem

Independent Licensed Conveyancing Practices

For conveyancing and property law practices whose document precedents go out of date by years, or contain errors that have nothing to do with how the file was entered.

  • There are no workable precedents for conveyancing in the add-on you already pay for, and the ones that exist contain errors.
  • Documents go out of date by a number of years and versions, and nobody tells you until something goes wrong.
  • Fixing it yourself means building your own precedents with the right codes from scratch -- which takes way too much time.

In their own words

Real quotes from the people who have this problem

There are no workable precedents in my field (conveyancing -- I also pay for the add on). I found errors in the documents and some documents are out of date (by a number of years - and versions).
Conveyancer, Capterra review
There are errors in some of the documents (not our data entries) that we have to address each time.

The product

Clauseward

Clauseward is a small, conveyancing-only precedent set -- not a bundled extra in a generic all-practice-area library. Every precedent carries a visible last-checked date and is re-reviewed against current legislation on a regular cycle, and you get notified the moment one you use actually changes.

  1. 01

Pick your state and the handful of precedents you actually use -- contract of sale, vendor statement, settlement letter.

  2. 02

Download the current, dated version from a simple portal instead of trusting whatever shipped with your practice software.

  3. 03

Get notified the moment a precedent you use is revised, with a plain-English note of what changed and why.

Counts are third-party estimates, not regulator figures, and count people rather than firms. Sizes assume the working price of A$79 a month per firm (A$948 a year), which isn't validated yet. The 2% share is an assumption, not a forecast.
